Dr. Valliere is the founder and owner of Valliere & Counseling Associates, Inc. founded in 2003. She has been fortunate enough to find and build a fantastic and talented staff.
Veronique N. Valliere, PsyD.

Dr. Beckwith is a licensed psychologist and a licensed professional counselor. He received his Doctorate in Psychology from Chestnut Hill University in 2015 and has a Master's in Psychology from the same. He did his doctoral internship at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital and an internship at Forensic Treatment Services, both focused on forensic work and evaluations. He has worked in the addictions fields, in a residential setting with sexually aggressive youth, and with the severely mentally ill. Dr. Beckwith has been a full-time member of the team since 2015.

Ms. Griffin joined Valliere & Counseling, Inc. as a therapist in the summer of 2025. Prior to taking on this role, Ms. Griffin had 33 years of child welfare experience and has dedicated her life to improving the lives of others. She provides individual and group therapy. Ms. Griffin utilizes a trauma-informed care approach. She is also a field instructor for MSW student interns. In 2011, Ms. Griffin won the Permanency Professional of the Year award at the Statewide Adoption and Permanency conference. Ms. Griffin earned her BA degree in Psychology and certification in Elementary Education from Cedar Crest College in 1991. She earned an MSW from Marywood University in 2007 and obtained her license to practice social work. She is currently under the supervision of Dr Valliere to obtain her LCSW certification. Ms. Griffin founded Empathy Exchange in 2023 which collects and re-distributes basic items like clothing, food, hygiene products for families and veterans who are in need.
Paula Griffin, LSW

Mr. Reiss joined the practice as a counselor in February 2025. Previously, he worked as an in-home therapist for nearly five years providing counseling to individuals and families in the Lehigh Valley. Mr. Reiss graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Moravian College in 2020, and obtained his Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University in 2023. He currently holds licensure as a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor under the supervision of Dr. Beckwith to obtain his LPC. Mr. Reiss works with both children and adults in providing an eclectic, trauma-informed approach that focuses on personal, familial and community safety.
Noah Reiss, MA, LAPC

Mr. Hallak graduated from Rutgers University in 1993 with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. After graduation, he began work as a Readjustment Counseling Therapist with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and counseled veterans who presented with PTSD and other mental health issues. Mr. Hallak is a veteran and retired from the USAF after 20 years of service. He is also retired from federal service after having worked for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security for over 20 years as a Federal Air Marshal. Mr. Hallak had many years of experience working with veterans, first responders/law enforcement, families and children, prior to joining the Valliere & Counseling team in 2025.

She's back! Ms. Moyer retired from Valliere & Counseling as a counselor in 2021, after working with us for 20 years! But, fortunately, she came back and provides group and individual treatment. Ms. Moyer has over 30 years experience working with victims, offenders, and family affected by violence. She has over 30 years' experience in the substance abuse and criminal justice field. We are very lucky to have her back!

Ms. Bednar has been a crucial part of the team since 2007. She administers and manages this herd of cats and all the office functions, as well as organizes the RFTS conference!

Ms. Marsh works managing the front desk and fielding all calls and referrals! She became part of the team in 2024 and takes a lot of stress off the team!
