Meet The Team

Dr. Valliere is the founder and owner of Valliere & Counseling Associates, Inc. founded in 2003.  She has been fortunate enough to find and build a fantastic and talented staff. 

Dr. Beckwith is a licensed psychologist and a licensed professional counselor.  He received his Doctorate in Psychology from Chestnut Hill University in 2015 and has a Master's in Psychology from the same.  He did his doctoral internship at Trenton Psychiatric  Hospital and an internship at Forensic Treatment Services, both focused on forensic work and evaluations.  He has worked in the addictions fields, in a residential setting with sexually aggressive youth, and with the severely mentally ill. Dr. Beckwith has been a full-time member of the team since 2015.

Ms. Dashner graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania  in 2012 with a Master's Degree in Social Work and in 2014 became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Ms. Dashner had over 10 years of experience working with the child welfare/children’s behavioral health population before joining the Valliere & Counseling team in 2017.  She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has experience working with children and adult survivors of abuse.  Ms. Dashner also has experience working with sexually aggressive youth and their families who were involved in the juvenile justice system. 

Ms. Senquiz joined Valliere & Counseling in 2023.  She is a licensed clinical social worker, working with adults with substance abuse issues and interpersonal issues.  She is bilingual and provides individual, group, and couples treatment.  

Ms. Cook  joined the Valliere & Counseling team in 2023.  She completed her MSW in May 2023, attained her LSW soon after. Ms. Cook formerly worked with youth and families through Valley Youth House.

Ms. Bednar has been a crucial part of the team since 2007.  She administers and manages this herd of cats and all the office functions, as well as organizes the RFTS conference!
