Valliere & Counseling Associates and Forensic Treatment Services has staff especially selected and highly experienced in assessing and treating interpersonal violence and it's lasting impact on the victim and in intervening with perpetration. Many of the staff performed internships in forensic counseling and assessment and have adjunctive skills in evaluating and treating addictions, trauma, and domestic and sexual violence. Staff have provided training and consultation in a variety of arenas and have all been involved in providing court testimony.
Vickie Moyer, BA, CAC
Ms. Moyer has over 25 years working with the criminal and addicted population, including victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence and non-offending parents. She began working as a substance abuse counselor in 1992, then did her internship with FTS in 2001. She has worked with sexual and domestic violence offenders since that time. Ms. Moyer obtained her Bachelor's of Arts degree in Social Work from Cedar Crest College in 2002, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is a member of numerous honor societies, is an internationally certified addiction counselor, and has provided trainings on violence, non-offending parents, substance abuse, and relapse prevention.
Toby Nicolosi, MS
Mr. Nicolosi attained his Master's in Counseling Degree from Chestnut Hill University. He did his internship at Forensic Treatment Services in 2011-2012 and became a full-time employee after his graduation. Mr. Nicolosi has previously worked with sexually aggressive adolescents and their families, as well as in the juvenile detention center treating behavioral disorders.
Bradley Beckwith, Psy.D.
Dr. Beckwith is a licensed psychologist and a licensed professional counselor. He received his Doctorate in Psychology from Chestnut Hill University in 2015 and has a Master's in Psychology from the same. He did his doctoral internship at Trenton Psychiatric Hospital and an internship at Forensic Treatment Services, both focused on forensic work and evaluations. He has worked in the addictions fields, in a residential setting with sexually aggressive youth, and with the severely mentally ill, having over 15 years in the field.
Trista Dashner, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Ms. Dashner graduated from DeSales University in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice studies. In 2012, she graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a Masters Degree in Social Work and in 2014 became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of Pennsylvania. Ms. Dashner has over 10 years of experience working at a non-profit agency with the child welfare/children’s behavioral health population. She is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and has experience working with children and adult survivors of abuse. Ms. Dashner also has experience working with sexually aggressive youth and their families who were involved in the juvenile justice system.
Aaron Myers, Psy.D.
Dr. Myers is a licensed psychologist and is a licensed professional counselor. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University in 2009. He has earned two Master’s degrees, first from Chesnut Hill College in 2012 and second from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2015. Dr. Myers completed his predoctoral internship at Ancora Psychiatric Hospital in New Jersey. He also completed a two year practicum at Forensic Treatment Services. He recieved his doctorate in clinical psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2017. Most of his recent work has been focused on the evaluation and treatment of forensic populations.
Brandon Becker, MA
Mr. Becker has been with the team since 2015. He received his Master's in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2013. He has worked both with adult and adolescent sexual offenders and their families. He has a special interest in masculinity, bystander intervention, and addressing social attitudes about violence.
Jenna Rau, MA

Ms. Rau has been a member of the Valliere & Counseling team since 2017. She graduated from the College of Saint Elizabeth with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling specializing in Forensic Psychology. She has over 14 years of experience working in the field of mental health and trauma. She has worked in psychiatric hospitals, domestic violence agencies, child protective services, a women's correctional facility, and a community mental health center. Ms. Rau has extensive training in the field of trauma, including EMDR.
